Campaign Details

Isha Vidhya, a non-profit education initiative, works for economic and social empowerment of rural children in the villages across Tamil Nadu. The foundation through its Isha Vidhya schools offer a nurturing approach to education in villages, especially to girls.

Isha Vidhya currently runs 10 schools and this has had a great impact in the lives of villages in the surrounding locality. Isha Vidhya relies on community involvement and support of volunteers and donors. Through this website, you can contribute to empowering children of Isha Vidhya!

The money you donate will be used as below (costs per child)

1) Full educational support (Rs.30,500/yr) covers tuition, books, nutritional health supplements, noon-meal, transport &uniform.

2) Scholarship program (Rs.18,000/yr) which covers tuition, books, note-books and health supplements

3) Transport Subsidy (Rs 7,000/yr)

4)Noon meal Subsidy (Rs.4,500/yr)
