With 12.2 crore trees planted and farmers embracing tree-based agriculture across 34,000 acres, this is not just about planting trees – it is about planting prosperity. In 2024–25 alone, the project enabled the plantation of 1.36 crore saplings, with each timber tree expected to generate an average of ₹10,000 over 15 years — unlocking a green economy worth over ₹7500 crore. With similar targets set annually, this economic transformation will only accelerate.
