Five years ago, Satish P. Jadhav discovered Cauvery Calling through the Karnataka Forest Department and a WhatsApp group. He actively participated in Cauvery Calling, benefiting from the KAPY scheme, obtaining 3,000 saplings of various tree species.

Although heavy rain temporarily stalled his goal of planting 2,000 trees, he's determined to resume when the weather allows. Training sessions with Cauvery Calling enriched him with knowledge about natural fertilizers and bee farming from experienced model farmers. This has inspired him to promote organic fertilizers, tree cultivation, and pursue bee farming in the near future, aligning with his commitment to sustainability.
