Isha donates Corona relief packages to Puducherry

Continuing its year-long on-ground pandemic relief activities, Isha outreach extended its support to frontline workers in Puducherry, neighbouring Tamil Nadu. Isha volunteers today met the Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry Smt. Tamilisai Soundarajan and donated relief material for frontline workers. The package included 12,750 packets of buttermilk and 12,750 packets of biscuits.
In addition, the volunteers are also disseminating a simple but powerful Yogic practice, 'Simha Kriya' designed by Sadhguru to help strengthen the respiratory system and increase oxygen levels in the body.
Like Tamil Nadu, Puducherry is also battling to contain the spread of the second wave of the deadly virus. Several public measures pertaining to social protocols have been introduced as the administration works overtime to bring down the positivity rate.
